Welcome to B.M.C. Durfee High School of Fall River

• On emergency early release days, there will not be the normal Meridian Street bus (30B).  Students who normally take bus 30B must take one of the 1 through 9 buses.
  
  
• Special Ed. Buses will remain the same as usual (Tradewinds entrance)
  
  
• Important:  The order of the buses coming into the school (main entrance) will start with bus number NINE and be in order backwards to ONE.

Bus #1: Northeast (Robeson and Meridian Streets) 7 Stops

Turn right onto Elsbree St.  At the intersection, turn right (westbound) onto President Ave.  Turn right (northbound), onto Robeson St.  The 1st stop will be at the corner of Robeson and Langley St.  The 2nd stop will be at St. Patrick’s Cemetery.  Robeson St. becomes Highland Ave.  The 3rd stop will be will be at Highland and Courtney St.  Continue on Highland Ave until Wilson Rd.  Turn right onto Wilson Rd and then another right onto Meridian St.  Travel on Meridian St. to the 4th stop which will be at Joseph Dr.  The 5th stop will be at Old Farm Road.  The 6th stop will be at Lynch St..  The 7th stop (final) will be at Bergeron St.

Bus #2: Northwest (North Main Street) 5 Stops

Turn right onto Elsbree St.  At the intersection, take a right (westbound) onto President Ave.  Turn right (northbound), onto N. Main St.  The 1st stop on N. Main St. will be at North Park.  The 2nd stop will be at Herman St., the 3rd stop on N. Main St will be at Wilson Rd.  The 4th stop will be at South Winds, and the 5th stop (final) will be at Troy Hill Estates.

Bus #3: Central (Robeson to Ruggles) 2 Stops

Turn right onto Elsbree St. At the intersection, turn right (westbound) onto President Ave.  Then turn left (southbound) onto Robeson St.  The 1st stop on Robeson St. will be at Prospect St.  The 2nd stop (final) will be at Ruggles Park.

Bus #4: Central East (N. Eastern Ave., County, Pleasant and Bedford Streets) 6 Stops

Turn right onto Elsbree St. Turn left (eastbound) onto President Ave around the rotary to North Eastern Ave. The 1st stop on Eastern Ave will be at Locust St.  The 2nd stop on Eastern Ave will be at Lafayette Park.  Immediately after, turn left onto County St.  The 3rd stop will be at Bardsley St.  Then turn onto Pleasant St. the 4th stop will be at Swindells St. The 5th stop will be at Quequechan St. Continue on and turn right onto Quarry St.  Turn right onto Bedford St. and come to the 6th stop (final) at Eddy St.

Bus #5: Central West (North Main and Durfee Streets) 3 Stops

Turn right onto Elsbree St.  At the intersection, turn right (westbound) onto President Ave., then left onto N. Main St. (southbound).  The 1st stop on N. Main St will be at the Brooks / Rite Aid Shopping Plaza on the right.  Continue on N. Main St until it becomes Durfee St.  The 2nd stop will be at Maple St.  The 3rd stop (final) will be at Pine St.

Bus #6: Southwest (Broadway, Globe and Bay Streets) 4 Stops

Turn right onto Elsbree St.  At intersection turn right (westbound) onto President Ave., the left onto N. Main St. (southbound).   Continue on until N. Main becomes Durfee St.  At the end of Durfee St. take a right down Central St., and then take a left onto Viaduct St. which becomes Broadway.  The 1st stop on Broadway will be at Kennedy Park.  Continue on Broadway until the intersection of Globe St.  Turn right onto Globe St. to the 2nd stop at King St.  Travel down to the end and turn left onto Bay St.  The 3rd stop will be at Charles St.  The 4th stop (final) will be at Bay Village.

Bus #7: South Central West (South Main Street) 5 Stops

Turn right onto Elsbree St.  At intersection turn right (westbound) onto President Ave., then take a left onto Robeson St (southbound).  Turn right onto Bedford St. (eastbound), and then turn left onto S. Main St.  The 1st stop will be at Cottage St.  The 2nd stop will be at Kennedy Park.  The 3rd stop will be at Slade St.  The 4th stop will be at Charles St.  The 5th stop (final) is at the Sip & Dip located on the right.

Bus #8: South Central (Plymouth Avenue) 4 Stops

Turn right onto Elsbree St.  At the intersection turn right (westbound) on President Ave., then turn left onto Robeson St.  At the end of  Robeson St., turn right onto Bedford St., then immediately turn left onto Twelfth St. (street sign is spelled Twelth) which becomes Plymouth Ave.  The 1st stop on Plymouth Ave will be at the Walgreen’s on the right which is located across from the Shell gas station.  The 2nd stop will be at 4th St.  The 3rd stop will be at Peckham St.  The 4th stop (final) will be at the Harbor Mall Plaza.

Bus #9: Southwest (Rodman Street – Stafford Road) 6 Stops
