ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
Assessment Center Update – MCAS testing this year went extremely well due to the cooperation of students, proctors, administrators, teachers, and guidance counselors.
Thanks to the staff in the Grade 10 office for making extra phone calls each testing day, and to the school nurses for helping with medical documentation. George Moniz’s class, Paula Grillo’s classes, NJROTC students in Penny Witcher’s and James Meyen’s classes and Cheryl Campos’s class also pitched in by sharpening thousands of pencils!
A special thank you to the NJROTC students and Cheryl Campos’s class who did an outstanding job delivering the snacks on testing days.
It took an exceptional group of students and a dedicated staff to make MCAS testing, 2007-2008, at Durfee High School such a success. Thank you!
The End of the School Year Social will be held on Wednesday, June 18th from 2:00 - 4:30 PM at Mesa 21 Restaurant. $10 per person includes appetizers and pizza. Please make your reservation with payment to Becky Caron in the main office by the end of the day on Monday. Retirees are compliments of Durfee Cares. Hope to see you there!
